        Have you checked for any add-ons / extensions? Does it occur for all users on this device or only the current one?

          Is the accessibility extensions installed?
          Try turning off the hardware acceleration.

            Is it on your phone? That's a feature built into chrome on Android. Sites can define the colors.

                    Haven't checked yet, I will ask. There is only one user currently and it is remote so not the easiest to check casually.

                        Not directly - but has been researched that it could be a possibility.

                        Yes / well.. Desktop / laptop. Which should not matter.

                        It has also been check to see if the Windows Night mode was on. It is not.

                            It’s possible the Chromium bloatware browser? It looks like Chrome but all blue and dodgy!

                              It was normal Chrome and they were using it, accidentally hit some keys, and it color shifted.
