      Good Morning -

      I am in the process of moving our POP/IMAP email to Office 365 but I have a rather simple question on mailboxes.

      There are several addresses that are 'group' related. Are these best created as a shared, group or distribution type mailbox?

        It will depend a lot on how the mailbox is used. Is it a shared resource? Is it something that's more of a distribution list?

          I'm with Katie on this. How exactly are these addresses/mailboxes being used?

          Or, more to the point how do you WANT them to be used?
