A lot of great ideas coming through. A lot better than anything we were thinking of. I love that sodium is still retaining a good portion of it's identity in most of these suggestions.

      Potassium!

LOL doesn't this leave us in the position we started in????

      Less risk of heart attack.

lol I give, that's very true.

Who cares that sodium is currently hard to search.

Do you think that chocolatey was a high hit result in the beginning?

Chocolatey is a made up name though, right? Once it had any traction, looking for the name brings it up. Sodium competes with an awfully common element. Hard to say "look up Sodium" to someone without a bit of extra explanation and have it be something that they can find. If it is "Sodium Something", that might fix that. But Sodium alone is a little hard, I think.

The word chocolatey has existed for a long time. It is an adjective. So when they first released they had to overcome that.

Like that candy is too chocolatey? Guess I just never tried to use it. And my browser flags it as misspelled.

The worst ticketing system ever made. Web based, looks right out of the 90s and confuses the hell out of everyone who uses it.

It's from 1999, to be fair.

My theory is that our CFO has a brother or sister working for them. The guy won't listen to any reason about it at all.

Is especially frustrating because our previous system (Spiceworks) was easy to use, did everything we needed perfectly and was completely free (we were actually in a budget crisis at the time).

Go to Google Adwords keyword tool and plug in sodium there. See what people are actually looking for. Perhaps add salt stack, salt app, etc.
