Sodium: Page versus panel scroll

Seems that the PAGE scrolls a bit, but they the panel (Machine List) also scrolls

I actually noticed that. I believe this happened when I updated some formatting to display ip addresses more accurately. Definitely on my fix list :).

Looks like we have a little bit of a scroll issue again..
Know that happens when you have so many updates done...
Right arrow is the dashboard scroll
left arrow is the full page scroll.
