His standard "want to check my references" card did not pan out. His claimed employer let us know that he was... a customer and was unwilling to vouch further. So all that we've learned is that he is a real person, not a spam bot. Nothing further.

This seems like someone struggling with all kinds of issues...why making fun out of someone who clearly cannot cope with a lot.

Not making fun of him, just recording him make fun of himself. No one makes fun of him for being an idiot, only for being mean and vicious. It's been mentioned many times, he's a horrible human being who goes out of his way to track down and attack people here. We've tried to help him and he just gets meaner and meaner. If he wasn't mean, it would be sad. But this is a person trying to entertain himself by attacking and hurting others. He makes a hobby out of trying to mislead others and hurt them either by discrediting them or giving dangerous advice because he thinks that it is funny to put companies in danger. It's very important to establish the degree to which he is discredited or else someone might think it is reasonable to believe him.
If he didn't choose to continuously engage in a professional setting in this way, it would not be necessary. But he does, so this is required.

It's also very important that this exists because if this did not happen in public, it would happen in private. And Curtis needs this feedback. His doctors need this feedback. His employers deserve to be able to find out. Keeping these things public is very important for everyone involved. Sadly, its a situation where there is no good answer. We can't just ban people left and right, we can't just ignore them or delete him because that empowers him. Sadly, when someone loses integrity or goes off the rails or really gets nutty - it must be kept, it must be visible.

Yeah, sadly, there isn't a good solution. It's certainly been contemplated heavily. If we could just convince him to go away and not put people at risk, that would be awesome. We've tried that. It doesn't work. This is the best thing that we can think of for everyone that we can do without Curtis' own cooperation.

I use top of the line equipment. I use Mackie SRM450 Powered Bi-Amped Speakers. This means if I blow an amp which is built -in to the speaker, I just run a cable from the good speaker to the bad and there's NO downtime. If another DJ blows an amp, he has to get the other amp, plug it in and redo all the hook-ups and this takes time.
Someone has no idea how a biamped speaker works.... But what else would be expected from a "pro DJ" who uses a Numark mixer (the most amateur DJ gear available).

Well, he thinks that because he's certified insane that that is a blanket certification. And that VoIP means Voice over IP. And his voice is heard only by posting rants on SW. So as he has been certified and needs to engineer his voice to be heard of IP.
Amazing, he got certified just three years after he says the Internet was invented.
