Solved BackBlaze B2 - Secondary Accounts

So the title may not explain what I'm looking for, which is there a way to allow users to access a bucket on B2 that doesn't use the administrator account?

Just found that they have a system called "Business Groups", which is exactly what I was looking for prior to posting.
Now to see what it costs.
