OSticket Required Fields

 When filling out a ticket we are required to fill in an email address for a client. Is there are way to turn the requirement off? I still want the field there cause 90% of the time we need it but....

 Don't think you can. Looking at Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Contact Information, you can see where the field is defined. However, it doesn't appear that you can change the Visibility setting.

 Does it autofill once a client is in the system? Or I should say Should it autofill?

 Not that far into the system yet. I'm looking to move over from SW, but haven't rolled this out for production use.
