Setting up a conference bridge on FreePBX is as simple as everything else. navigate to Applications -> Conferences

      Click Add

Give the conference an extension and setup the options as desired. These should be fairly self explanatory. By default, everything is set to no. Here is my general conference setup (obviously not the real passwords).

Be sure to set some type of reasonable limit for max participants, just to be safe.

Click submit and then apply config as usual.

It should be noted, that when you create a new extension, FreePBX will create user conference rooms automatically if you create a new User Manager user at the same time.
