I've seen nothing. Level 3 appears to keep denying it. I've seen nothing from OnRamp about it either.

Qwest IS CenturyLink. That's what they renamed themselves.

All three, Qwest, CenturyLink and Level 3 are the same company. Qwest is the "parent" but used CL as their name.
