Is there anyway to have a LUN or two replicate from a EMC VMAX system to a equallogic ps6100?

No, I don't think so. Not natively. You will need something that sits in front of the two SANs and does the replication before it talks to either of them. SANs by their nature, don't talk to disparate SANs. It's a non-standard layer of the stack. So if these are both FC, you'll need an FC replicating proxy sitting in front.
