      If you can use the vSphere website you are used to using, use that instead of the fat client.

        Yes the client. Yeah I can ping everything.

        Does this mean you can ping the 2003 server also?

        It's not up yet. Testing it though and will report back.

        I assume this means you were able to start it though?

        Please provide appropriate details.

          That's a 172 address no wonder you can't access it!

                  Are theses VMs local to the server, or are they on a SAN / NAS?

                                        Click on 192.168.10.12

                                        Look at the status on the screen.

                                            really, click the IP at the top and look at anything that gives you status notices..

                                            take screen shots of the tabs and post them.
