Having an insane day. Been dealing with a clinic that lost their server this morning (data has already been recovered.) And one hour from now I'm running a webinar.
Prepping now. And about to head for coffee number three.

maybe, maybe not. I don't think we have enough details. If the client goes outside the prescribed process of opening tickets with the helpdesk, that's not the MSPs fault - that's the clients. But again, I don't think we have enough information to know.
