Comcast went down again.
Wow... They stayed up a good while that time, lol.
I think their rep is crying now. That was a very loud and angry call that we just had.
All they had to do was not lie to me.

They actually said we'd had no outages and nothing could be found... even though it was our 16th outage, we were down when I called, and yesterday's rep saw that the whole village was down.
And they closed our engineering escalation ticket on us without any resolution!

AT&T is just slow and very bureaucratic about their procedures.
Here's the email for the email you're going to receive about your service. Be on the lookout for it.Here is the email that we said was coming and is now here about the great service that we will provide to you with subpar support and antiquatedly inspected installersThis email is to schedule the phone call so that we can schedule the installation of your services. For this, we need all of your IT staff watching and waiting on us along with some other supervisors that we bring along just to make sure we're doing it right. -
