I though you, @scottalanmiller didn't like self hosted email because it is often way to expensive for someone to host themselves compared to what they get service wise going with something like Rackspace ($1 Spiceworks price, $2 normal people price + $1/user for activesync, or $4 for O365 email only).

That may be one person's desire, but it seems more pressing to push on the issue of almost never self hosting email if possible.

So just as an added piece of information: If you are using Digital Ocean or Vultr they disable SELinux by default to make it easier for their users (not saying it's right but I read in articles that was their logic). In order to enable it you need to install selinux-policy-targeted

On reboot SELinux will be enforcing.

After finally getting some downtime at work I was able to install the Documents addon and test it out. I'm pretty sure this feature alone is going to be a major selling point for deploying OwnCloud 😄

While testing the online editing + collaboration, everything just made sense and worked without any hoops to jump through, which is definitely more than I can say for our current solution!
