Job in Other Country by consultancy is possible?

I got a call from the Interglobe Recruitment & Immigration services (IRIS) Pvt Ltd to have the process of Interview with the Australia,Denmark,Hong Kong and Canada for Desktop Support.
They said me to pay money of Rs.1425 for the premilinary and the next after verification of my profile and certificates,they will call me to schedule the interview,but after scheduling and got shortlisted needs to pay Rs.65,000 and after that need to pay Rs.1 Lakh from my first month salary.
Whether this offer is good to have in other countries for the profile of the Desktop Support Engineer.???

Their process time is 8-12 months for this job -
For those not sitting right on xe.com, 65,000 Rupees is almost exactly $1,000 USD.

For pay, always mention the pay period. Those numbers are weekly numbers for the US and would be very good. But I think that you mean monthly and that is an okay monthly number for a place like India or even Panama. It is far below minimum wage for any of the countries that you have listed, much lower for some (like Denmark.)

@Lakshmana in Canada for entry level desktop support (depending on area) around $40,000/year, give or take $10,000
It varies a lot on responsibilities and where you are. Big cities will often pay less as the pool of talent is large.

I'm afraid we don't understand the question. Are you asking if it is possible to be paid that little for helpdesk? Certainly, if that's all that they pay you.

@scottalanmiller $22000/year for full time job in Canada, that actually is... does math... slightly more than minimum wage. Possible. But unlikely for desktop support staff.

That matters quite a bit. If you give a number without a period, in the US we assume that you mean "per year."

We can't answer these kinds of questions. We don't even understand what you are asking or telling us. We have not figured out how much you are saying you will be paid yet, let alone if you have to pay to go to work or what the job is. We are very much in the dark at this point.

In Canada, that would be against the law. No one is allowed to charge YOU for help finding a job. They charge the company that hires you.
