      Any help available with this? Not entirely sure what's going on, or how to fix this

        On a full reboot, the box properly booted. What could have caused this?

                Yes, local hardware RAID 10. SuperMicro chassis.

                  It's a page fault. I have a prod server that does the same thing sporadically.

                        I agree, I don't think a server should do that on a recurring basis.
