Ah, good one! But yes, it has been an agonizing experience. All the good drummers who actually conduct themselves in a professional manner are in 3 bands already. Until last night, the ones that have shown up were grossly unprepared. What part of "learn 2 or 3 songs for the audition" is ambiguous? We gave them all the time they needed, their choice of songs, etc. So many amateurs. Which is really sad when they are in their 40s (like us). You've had half a lifetime to develop some kind of work ethic.

Sadly work ethic can't be taught.

Happy Friday the 13th! I have my daughter sleeping next to me at work until her grand mother (on her moms side) gets here to take over, coffee made (not nearly enough) and working through tickets.

We're getting an Aloha customer coming into the fold at my new job and I am quite excited. 6 years working with Aloha and now I get to work on it again
