MS Services stops: Auto Restart Suggestions
-
Service that runs the POS system is set to restart. However, several times since I have been here it has timed out and has to manually restarted. As Remote Execution of PS is disabled, what other options would there be that doesn't require a human to process? Task Scheduled Batch?
-
I would be researching why the service is failing in the first place.

The correct answer is from @Danp. Some troubleshooting of the service is in order. Otherwise, I suggest doing what I said either in chat or some other thread. Use a scheduled task to run a PowerShell script to restart the service.

I'm fairly sure "powershell disabled" means "PowerShell remoting is not allowed."
