You have to make multiple accounts if you have more than one screen, and @Dashrender has already mentioned that they have multiple.

With Pisignage, it's a one time fee of $25 per pi, then I can choose to use the open source server to server my content, or use their service pretty cheaply.

they give you two licenses for free..

I haven't played with the signage mode but we've used it for kiosks with varying degrees of success.
