Mostly, yes. I try not to be so sedentary and just sitting on the couch.
I don't understand.. so you gain a bit by standing instead of sitting - but what? just standing in the middle of the room, or off to one side?
My wife hates it when I'm standing watching TV, if she can see me standing she feels like I'm lording over her, even if I'm 15 feet away...

I wouldn't do it. If you want something else on that wall down the line, the outlets will be in the way.

With the cable molding option as well you'll need longer than the cables that are provided with the TV in almost every case.
Not a huge issue, just a headache. A drywall saw is ~$4 plus the power cable for maybe $15 for 25 feet.

Depends on the insulation. But yeah for the most part the power should run on top of the fiberglass. Super simple. Get two rework boxes and you're good to go.

It's anywhere from twice to 3 times as much to spray foam new construction.

Now if you were renovating and doing this yourself you can pick up spray foam kits that cost ~$770 which while still pricey, would save money compared to fiberglass.

Based on the spec sheet of that foam 1.5" of wet foam would completely fill a modern 2x4 timber house, which would be ~18.6 R value in your walls (which is crazy high).

@travisdh1 but even at $770 a kit, it's not an insane amount of money when you can easily recoup the cost in energy savings from heating and cooling.

I've also watched it being done (online) - it's an art, like spray painting cars... it takes a good amount of practice to not over spray the amount needed and end up with a ton of waste... in the attic, if it overflows, not that big of deal, but in walls, you don't want to waste a bunch that you're cutting off and discarding.
