Assuming Windows 10 1903 or newer Open a command prompt
 SSH IP of AP
creds are likely default at ubnt/ubnt
type help to get command for upgrade
get URL for firmware file from ui.com site
type upgrade command with URL - watch shit happen.
-
 This will likely help. https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/205222650-mFi-How-to-upgrade-devices-manually
