Cheeseburger, homemade.
Wife mixed it with porkrinds instead of bread crumbs and mixed in worcheshire sauce. Burgers came out incredible. -

Burgers came out incredible.I saw a burger recipe that had "bacon paste" added in... basically, chop up some bacon and toss it in a blender or food processor and pastify it. Add to burgers, meatloaf, use as a coating for wings, etc.

That sounds amazing.
They were, without exaggeration, the best fish tacos I've ever eaten. Had feta instead of cotija, couldn't find any cabbage, but still beyond amazing.

Breakfast was “The Nasty Biscuit”
It was hash browns -> bottom biscuit -> half chicken fried chicken -> gravy -> cheesy scrambled eggs -> gravy -> top biscuit half
