Did anyone else notice?

Did anyone notice anything significant about the day and date of Sunday just past?
Sunday, December 7 1941. (Pearl Harbor, for those who aren't into History) I usually remember December 7th most years and take a bit of time out but I felt that it was particularly significant this year as it fell on a Sunday.
73 years ago... I'm not sure how many times that December 7 has been a Sunday since, but I suspect that it's not very many.
Anyway, just a thought for those that think about these things.

Odd that it was not an American who noticed that
Typically every seventh year at least you will see the same day come up again. At least on average.

I like WWII history. Not keen to repeat it though.Yeah one would expect that but leap years push it out of whack

@nadnerB Every 28 years the leap years set back, though, so the average remains over the long term.
