This will sound super-n00bish, but oh well.
$args
in PowerShell has changed my life. That is all. Continue with your regularly scheduled ML trolling, lurking, and posting. How so?
I really only ever used it to check for extra arguments/parameters in my functions / scripts to output an error if the
$args.count
is higher than it should be, for example. What are you using it for?
I'm working on a script right now that will make use of
start-job
and using$args
lets me pass the value of a variable between scopes. In this case, I'd be passing a value from earlier in the script into thestart-job
scriptblock.Man, it took me forever to figure out how to do something similar!
You could just set the
-scope
of the variable to global... -

3-5 cups a day will definitely cause sleeping issues.

I sleep just fine, and i drink way more than that. But my body has had so much caffeine on a daily basis for so long it just isn't funny.
I know it cannot be healthy.

I used to drink over the standard toxicity limit and felt okay. But long term, it takes a toll.

Finally managed to get some coffee.
I had a tripple shot of espresso and a Mocha frappucino from Starbucks this morning... I should be floating about six inches off the floor right now... but it didn't do a dang thing for me.
-
I'm just on a pot of drip.

@romo is just about done dealing with his car accident.
