Vultr Console Locked for Maintenance

Never seen this before. Can't access our Vultr instance and when we try to open the console, we get this.

Their status page says nothing about this in Atlanta, where we are getting this. They are doing maintenance in NJ.

They are "migrating" one of my instances due to significant packet loss. This is what mine has said for 2 hours now.
