I can't get to their website. The site "comes up" but only partially loads and that's it. Is it just me? Everything else works for me, like I am able to post this without a problem.

Hanging for me too. Just gets to here and stops and keeps spinning its wheels.

            Support.hp.com loads no issue though.

Yes, I'm seeing what AJ has. And because it hasn't loaded the links on the page don't work because they aren't actual links but are JavaScript buttons and the JS hasn't loaded.

Like I said, going to the support page yields no issues. Just the main homepage.

Which I never go to...I only go to support.hp.com as a rule.

@David.Scammell just told me that it is a Chrome problem. Just checked and hp.com loads fine in FF on the same machine where it does not run in Chrome.

Like I told Scott, it appears to be browser specific, see it works in IE and Firefox, but not Chrome. (this is really a test comment).

Chrome seems to be the only culprit at this point. As of late I am about to give up on Chrome. Very little is stable right now.

Since "down" just meant not working correctly and JavaScript not functioning, I'm not sure that that would be useful.

Probably not in this case but someone else might find it useful in the future.
