Not debating that they are idiots. Just stating that I have seen people eat shit because they were walking and not paying attention to anything outside their phone.

Polar vortex brings deadly cold snap to US states
Cities are all but shutting down across the US Midwest as the region shivers in a deadly cold snap known as a polar vortex.
