I heard Moose meat is pretty tasty. I might have to come to ol Canada and have @MattSpeller introduce me and a Moose (moose on the receiving end of a large caliber weapon).

I've met a few in Canada. Not a good idea.
It's terrifying what they'll do to a car if you hit one, do not recommend googling that.

It's god damn delicious. Moose pepperoni is one of my favourite things.

Just preparation and friends with strong backs. They're certainly not invulnerable to rifles lol.

It's good but can be difficult to cook since it's typically very lean. Works really well in simmered dishes like a stew or ground up and used in place of beef on pizza. For anything else most people mix the ground moose with ground pork, otherwise it winds up being too dry. I'd never tried it myself until we moved to the spouse's hometown. Where's I'm from (PEI) there's no big game, so my first taste of moose was at the age of..... 23... I think?

My Trinidad Scorpion has a couple of flowers, so they might be ready by April but my Habanero probably won't have anything this season as I had to trim it (growing up too fast) to promote strengthening of the main stem (lost 4 -6 flowers) but next year will be grand!Wow, you're a bit of a green thumb, by the look of it. My gardening interests pretty much lie in mowing the lawn and agent orange'ing all the darn weeds that keep growing all year.
