I’ve been building a bedroom for my boys, converting the back half of my garage. I’m about to start the drywall taping.

Local code requires that the entire garage be converted, or none.
It also requires the entire garage floor be raised to grade level of the house floor.

Ours was half converted, but not raised to level, when we bought it. We raised the one half, but are hoping to raise the other half in about a year.

I hate taping and spackling... my wife doesn't like it but at least she can make it presentable.

I've been at an offsite since 7AM and am now in the office.
Giving direction on how things are needed and now onto more daily tasks.

morning everyone. Coffee and updating tickets from yesterday.
since im taking the rest of the year off (basically) after this week, I gotta close all of my open tickets before my vacation.
Busy Busy trying to catch people at the right times.
