Storage is still in very short supply.

The $2.50 IPv6 only sandbox plan is limited to 2 instances per account. The limit on the $3.50 plan is 5 instances per account.

Yeah, those are very limited now. I just operate as if the super cheap ones don't exist.

Almost certainly it is limited to certain hardware instances.
