'Saved' but the iDRAC again... VM Host took all the VMs offline - Odd.. Won't reboot,.. so kicked it via the iDRAC

Vacation - what is this... ??

sigh - last 'time off' I had was spent in a hospital - that was Nov 2016. I don't think I took any time in 2017... this year is nearly half over already - and not looking like I'll take any time either.

Now - I have had 'Friday Off' a time or two... but was captive in the truck, and worked by phone during the 8 hour drive, and did things once I reached my destination...

I think I see the problem here.

If it's the one I think it is,.. Ugh.. Sorry. Nothing like dragging out an already painful call.

                                    0_1525205787571_IMG_0017a.jpg

Smoking Cheeze and (shelled) Boiled Eggs.

                                    1_1525205787571_IMG_0023a.jpg

                                    Parts:
                                    Smoker
4" to 2" Reducer, 2" side adjusted to fit chip hopper port
                                    8' (would use 10') 'Extenda-tube'
                                    4" Duct Starter
1GAL paint can with slots in bottom for air flow
                                    1GT paint can for chips

I use charcoal to heat the chips.

@gjacobse How do the eggs turn out in the shell? I usually boil, peel, split, top with chopped, cooked bacon and cheese before I smoke eggs (@225-250F). Always looking for new egg techniques.

Shelled - they had been peeled.. They were okay.. they should have been turned as only one half had color.

ETA: and these were cold smoked.
