10 acres isn't even large, there is 100 acres for sale in my area but I very much doubt that I would ever be able to afford it because of the area.
It's likely in the millions. .
But 10 acres, it would be great, enough room to build on, enough room to play on.

Games have to be one of the reasons for dual booting. And the hardware is not adequate for virtual machines.

Games have to be one of the reasons for dual booting. And the hardware is not adequate for virtual machines.
If you're not able to do hardware pass through for some reason. I don't know if VirtualBox has it built in yet, but I know most type-1 hypervisors do.
