Loads of it. Texas gets lots of snow annually (lots meaning, it sticks for a few days every year at least.) But that's north Texas where we are part of the midwest. The pics are not. That's the Gulf Coast where it is hot and never snows, ever. And Austin got loads of snow too. It's crazy.
Did the whole area shut down?
Surprisingly, no. Even schools are still open.

Too dry up here. Cold, but dry.

Looks like that should change tonight.

No snow at our house at 6AM, then the lake band shifted and by noon we got 6" which was enough to start up the snow blower.

Neither. I have alerts on all the tech posts and nothing has come through. Maybe you are seeing WC activity?

Just because you do not receive email does not mean posts do not happen. I cannot grasp why you continually try to make this argument.
Yes, you are subscribed and based on how they designed their community, you should then see email. But the lack of receipt of an alert email does not mean a lack of posting.

I found that most of the time their system never sends an email when it's supposed to. Seems like this has been a thing for a long time.
