Does freepbx have a user portal

So with most phone systems you get an admin portal (this is normal) does freepbx have a user portal that is accessible to perform call forwarding etc?

The new version in FreePBX 14 looks much nicer than the old one, but it sucks to set up. They are supposed to add a default layout sometime.
