Back in the office today, had some bad news last week so was off Thursday and Friday, and been in and out of hospital for other reasons for the past week so not been active much!

Thanks, my problem is just annoying right now - I have a pneumothorax - an air cavity in my chest, meaning I cant do any training atm, bad sleep for over a week and on codeine! Not the best....but hopefully will resolve itself soon enough!

It's a coffee day.
Spent all day yesterday renovating the upstairs of my rental property (like 8:45AM till 8PM), running some electrical, cleaning out old insulation and installing new insulation.
Patching drywall and installing a new bathroom fan.
