Children soles.
Sounds like Pickled Children's feet. That'll be Aisle 13.

Here's an easy guide to assist you in deciding whether or not you can punch a Nazi...
The great thing about free speech is that it offers no protection from the consequences of saying whatever you want. You have the right to spout off any stupid thing you want, and the rest of us have the right to pelt you with rocks, bottles, and fists.

What's sad is all of this can be avoided by following one rule:
"Don't be a dick"done. (fairly certain being a racist falls in the category of being a dick)

We don't have the right to assault or physically attack anyone.

That incitement bit has me confused - If I remember I might have to look into that more.
On the surface that seems to imply that if your speak incites someone to action, your speak is no longer protected... but I'm sure there is a lot more to it than that.

Essentially, speech that gets people to act violently against others isn't protected speech.

I believe that this is what is attributed to "micro aggression" or "trigger words". Basically, they're poking a bear that doesn't need to be poked.

But there has to be more than that to this or else every insult essentially could be considered not protected speech which is absurd. I can come up with any excuse to just attack someone at that point which is pathetic.

No, calling someone the N word, or other racist term is protected. Actively going out and telling people they should attack or kill everyone who isn't like them isn't protected.
The difference is pretty clear.

Right, I'm saying there has to be more information elaborating on this that defines it so that people don't use this an excuse for violence. We're in agreement.
edit: just saying that somewhere else this is defined and laid out so that people don't feel like they have a get out of jail free card based on any little offensive thing.

I tend to follow Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I have a dream" speech.
I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
Essentially, I don't care what you look like. I care about how you treat yourself and how you treat others without expectation of reciprocal treatment. If we each treat others as human beings, the way we want to be treated, then we will all have a better quality of life for both our individuals and society as a whole.

Couldn't agree more.
