Pizza Hut Chicken Alfredo & Mountain Dew for the wife and I. We're at the drive-In going to watch Gaurdians of the Galaxy and then Pirates of the Caribbean while Dad-in-law is watching the kids. Date night.

BBQ Pulled Pork and Strawberry Harvest with Chicken from Zupas. I love that place.

Finally making actual dinner now. I made tater tots earlier and it held us over for a while.

Getting setup for field day I just Lees chicken - but sorely waited for dinner
One of the club members brought his smoker, so dinner we had smoked ribs

I had a giant bowl of tater tots at @scottalanmiller's house for dinner. We demolished them before I thought to take a picture though.

I cooked up carnitas on Saturday and made tacos that evening. It was amazing. I followed it up with pizza on Sunday, and it had carnitas meat on there, too. I love carnitas.

Not really. I bought it as a vacuum sealed pork shoulder in sauce from the grocery store (Kroger). I followed the directions on the package to make it.

Not really. I bought it as a vacuum sealed pork shoulder in sauce from the grocery store (Kroger). I followed the directions on the package to make it.
Interesting. I've seen lots of different recipes, some are braised in stock/beer, some add lard to the liquid, some are just cooked in lard. I haven't seen the pre-prepped ones.
