That is very normal. contracts roll. you have to cancel ahead of time.

Yeah. I'm nor surprised at all, just frustrated. I have to step back, take a breath, and realize I can fix stuff one thing at a time (thus, all of my various posts about RAID 5 elimination).

Presently I am playing the "someone f***ed up and I don't even care who it was just please help me" game between a vendor and a reseller.
Vendor: whoa that's f***ed up, you should talk to the reseller, they'll be able to fix that right up.
