Knights of the OId Republic is definitely worth it if you've never played it.

Knights of the Old Republic 2 is decent. Dark Forces/Jedi Knight is pretty good, if very dated graphically. Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds is AoE II "starwarzed". Tie Fighter was really, really good when I played it in '96. Now, I'm not so sure. I haven't tried it again since.
