It's actually larger than my current car - Chevy Spark.
The Fiat 500 is "huge" here - meaning that you see them everywhere. Quite popular.

My son is hoping we can win one so he can have it as his first car. He currently has a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix that has seen better days (meaning we live in NY and its a rust bucket).

I have a buddy in the UK that has a few performances cars (ie Porsche, Lambo, Range Rover), and his daily driver is the Abarth! That was pretty surprising to me...
Side note: It must be nice to have "company cars"
