That's not too bad. I didn't find them as mesmerizing as most people seem to. The books are pretty decent though.

The later ones were quite good. THe first few were terrible.

Seen all of the movies. Didn't read the books. It was entertaining but not something that would pull me.

She's very academic and basically never watched movies/tv shows the entire time she went through college and graduated with her masters. I'm slowly catching her up. Has not read the books FYI. She's not a huge fiction fan if it's outlandish.

Surprisingly I did read all the Harry Potter books.. took at least a year of my wife nagging to get me to start. The same with the Hunger games ( I finished the first book as I was walking into the theater - OK really i was sitting outside waiting for our theater to open up).

We tried watching Scott Pilgrim vs. The World but it wasn't watchable and we both decided to turn it off.

Yeah, Greek was passable, so much better than Pilgrim. Not a good movie, but a totally different ballpark.

I would be concerned that I might damage my TV since I want to hit Russell Brand in the head with a crowbar every time I see him.
