How is localization support planned across this product or how can I contribute?

I'm in the Netherlands and as such mo focus is Dutch localized support for our Church members.
I notice now that I'm struggling to get some e-mail templates changed in Dutch Language ; and I see as well other client GUI text still is in English; is there a way we can help or report those defects or is local localization support a low fruit? -
In MangoLassi? We are just a public website. The site here runs on NodeBB. Any localization would be done through the NodeBB community. NodeBB is open source so totally free for you to contribute any time. But nothing you see is really in English specifically. If you post in Dutch, everyone will see Dutch. It's a multi-lingual community. Feel free to post and respond in any language you like.
