For what you're doing, since you only have a single source, there's plenty of inexpensive amps to choose from:

@FATeknollogee yeah that makes sense, and your recommending not using these specific speakers as the 70V isn't needed.

Remember "KISS"...no need for 70V, you only have 4 speakers.
          There's a time & place for 70V & this ain't it...

@DustinB3403 Like @FATeknollogee said, you don't need an RCA splitter. With that projector you want a 3.5mm to RCA splitter or cable, like this one from monoprice. Those RCA jacks on the projector are input only, according to the labeling in the picture.

              @travisdh1 Good catch.
I usually buy these, only 'coz they look nice but @travisdh1 is correct

So rather than the RCA Audio cables, a 3.5 to RCA (which plugs into the AMP) and out from the AMP basic speaker wire.

Yep, I think you've got it.

And from that to the AMP using the yellow and red RCA. From the AMP then to the speakers using basic speaker cable.

                      Gotcha.

White and red, yellow is for video.... bad, horrible quality video.

It won't happen in this case, but feeding a video source through an amp and speakers can be both interesting and torturous.

That is something I need to determine if EasyMP also transfers audio. I suspect it does, but need to do my research.

Well, the good news is those 3.5mm to RCA audio cables will work with a PC or that projector.

So yeah the EasyMP software will transfer sound, to a single projector.

It's possible to broadcast the image to multiple projectors at once using the same computer (but this won't be the case here).

                                    Single laptop to projector.

So for the hardware the current estimate is $1644.24 for the two conference rooms. Which is way better than the $25K estimate we received from an outside installer.

EasyMP, unless I missed, no mention of audio?

huh, that's you're whole basis that it works... test, test, test.

Heck, email them and ask them to confirm that audio works through EasyMP.
