I have a 4 node XS install, each node has an Intel x520 DA2 installed.
Problem: only 1 of the 2 NIC ports show up.

I've tried this to scan but the missing port is still a no show https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX121615

      Any ideas?

These NICs are not on the HCL for XS7.

Ok, but on 1 of the 4 nodes, both ports of the dual port NIC show up

The Intel 82599ES is on the HCL & it isn't behaving correctly.

              What is that one doing?

Is there anything different about that node otherwise?

Nothing different, the 10GB NIC is a Dell branded version.

Have you checked to see if there is newer firmware for the cards that aren't functioning properly?

                        I have not checked firmware.

I think the problem might be related to this "Network 4", it shows as "internal" instead of "Physical device"

I installed a few incorrect GBIC SFP modules.
                          All is now good.
Lesson for next time: It pays to pay attention.
