Ethernet based teleconference - room speakers - projector etc

@Dashrender You're not motivating me with this... lol...
My goal is to make the solution as simple as possible, and limit the training to "click on this" (personally) as I know people will still have a hard time dealing with that..

That is why I have a PC in the room, and that is what people use when they want on the projector in my office. They log in as themselves, they launch their own email, get their own links, etc... it might not be used all that much, but $500-1000 for 5 years in the conference room to get rid of most headaches, near priceless.

Nope - but I do have redirected folders for My Documents and favorites (IE only).
Roaming profiles have caused me nothing but headaches in the past, I avoid them if at all possible.
