@wirestyle22 Miyazaki is a huge favorite of mine. Spirited Away will always be my favorite, but Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Howl's Moving Castle, Castle in the Sky, and more are all good. I have all the movies but haven't watched them all yet. Ponyo was cute as well.
Porco Roso is a favourite of mine. And Kiki's Delivery Service. Something about Kiki's expressions remind me so much of Liesl.
That and My Neighbor Totoro are two I've heard are good but I haven't seen yet.

@thanksajdotcom It's funny. I think Laura is under the impression that everything the Japanese make now is a masterpiece because of what we've been watching. I keep telling her I had to weed out all of the crappy stuff, which there is a TON of to compile the list of what we're watching

OMG. The Japanese are both the most awesome and the most weird. Some of the stuff they do on game shows, etc, make you turn your head sideways and squint...because you're just like "da fuq..." but when they're good, they're fabulous!!!

Just finished "The portable dog killer" Episode of Security Now. Anyone interested in DIY electronics should listen, and even if you're not into that sort of thing, then it's still funny.
*No dogs were harmed... Sea Gulls might be a question.
