Weekend Plans

Installed Zabbix at work. This weekend I'll install it at home. Going to make a list of things to practice. Any ideas are welcome. CentOS 7

Saturday night is UFC fight night, if it's not too windy I might throw something on the smoker. And I have to replace a headlight bulb.

Was working all weekend doing a big migration at one clients, and then managing an on-call issue where a big client's hosted services were down for ~6 hours...

I drove through the worst part of that Friday. At least the eye checkup I had was "no change", which is what we aim for.

We did that trip the weekend before thanksgiving when the Southern tier got dumped on. Man that was just not fun.

Quite happy that I work from home most of the time.

That much snow here would cause a societal collapse of epic proportions. There would be rioting and death that would make the Walking Dead look like a fairy tale.

We only got ~4 inches today
was hoping for the 8-10 they were forecasting. -

Haha... oh man that's funny. I'd have had to work regardless. Even in blizzards where we get 2 or more feet we are expected to be to work the next morning, at least in this area.

They'd just close down my city
I can understand that, especially in urban areas where they have no place to put the snow. Around here they just keep plowing.
