Grabbing some tacos from Pueblo Viejo taco truck.

Made salt and pepper swai with some sweet potato fries for dinner. Never had swai before really good flavor and excellent texture. Doesn't taste or feel fishy at all.

Cheese and rice (think mac in cheese - the mac) for lunch and coconut pancakes for dinner (comfort food- recovery food).
