Downgrade Windows 2016 Licence

What I don't know is... if you call MS will they provide you one? Somehow I doubt they will either (I doubt it because of what I know about the workstation side, i.e. bring your own old key)the last DELL server I bought came with 2012R2, 2012, and 2008 media.

I've never bought a dell server with an OEM license except once a LONG time ago. It only came with the media purchased. No prior versions.
Yeah my servers only come with the media for the license version I purchase.

Containers is about the only major new feature unless you are using hyper-v

It's a pretty nice feature. People often underestimate the value of staying current.

Sure we stay current.. but for example office was release every three years (2007-> 2010 ->2013 - >2016) It was cheaper to buy new outright than to use SA.
