Conference planning not for the faint of heart

It's been a wow suck it up and figure it out kinda week for me:

5am Monday morning the IT company for the hotel that you can rent projectors, sound etc. from (outsourced contractor for all city hotels and why is AV and sound IT anyway???), get an email that he wont be able to provide stuff for the conference. UMM IT'S 3 WEEKS AWAY!!!!!!!!

New Logo that I have been working on getting done for weeks graphic company stopped answering my emails takes me till Wednesday night to get a response. This means T-Shirts aren't ordered, Polo Shirts aren't ordered, Badges aren't designed yet......

Now I have to figure out projector or TV and sound stuff. Sound stuff is easy we (aka @art_of_shred) owns a full PA system that includes a digital board for recording everything direct. Projector or TV that is the questions.... look at prices ok TV it is. Call rental places find one close to me plan on running over one day this week to get it all paid for etc. Today (8/25) go over to do it. Store is closing end of month, they have no tvs, and they don't rent like that anyway (umm WTF I called and talked to someone Monday afternoon who said they were a store manager and they could!!!) Now I have to actually purchase one. At least @art_of_shred things it's cool that will have a new TV here

Trying to get people to make decisions so that I can finish up making decisions.... sigh.

And to top it all off get done in a meeting @Nic let's me know the MangoCon.it site is down
Oh and I am positive that isn't all just too tired and I need a very big drink tonight I think

Website is working. And AJ taught me how to do some of the updating myself. So I am at least out of panic mode now.

We got a lot of the cosmetic things worked out, so it's much better. Just need to get a couple lines of text to cooperate! Lol

So Tuesday this week all of our conference Tshirts for both staff and attendees were to arrive. However the Women's shirts didn't, I got a box of very pretty Magenta shirts for a charity event. I call the company they track my shirts to Calgary Canada. Getting them back by end of week would be impossible so they just remade my shirts.
They arrived on Thursday no issues. CustomInk was awesome by in dealing with all of this and the refunded some of my money.
So this morning I get a box of tshirts from CustomInk.... guess what I have a second box of now?? Women's conference Tshirts!
Any one want to take Tshirts home for their wives?

If you are serious about the wives, my wife is in IT, so she would definitely wear one for advertising!

Yes I am serious! MangoCon 2016 is only one time so can't reuse them again for anything else
